Ashtabula Township Board of Trustees Public Hearing Legal Notice

  

Notice of Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given that the Ashtabula Township Board of Trustees shall conduct a public hearing on September 16, 2025, at 6:00 PM with a special regular session meeting to follow at 7:00 PM at Ashtabula Pentecostal Church of God 2201 Cook Road, Ashtabula, Ohio. The purpose of the public hearing is to review an application for an amendment submitted by resolution via The Ashtabula Township Board or Trustees'.

The application is to re-zone the property located at 1501 East 31st Street (Lincoln School Property). The property is currently zoned (IGL) Institutional Government Lands. The request is to re-zone the 

property to (R-2) Low Density Residential District. The parcel consists of 8.82.31 acres. 

The Board of Trustees and applicant will attempt to discuss and answer any questions residents may have pertaining to this specified proposal. After the conclusion of such public hearing the Board of Trustees will vote in their special regular session meeting at 7:00 PM.
